The materials needed for applying Employment Permit:

»  The copies of Business license;

»  The resume of foreign applicant which shall be written in Chinese and stamped with company seal;

»  The originals and copies of applicant’s valid passport and visa shall be provided;

»  The original and copy of applicant’s health certificate; 

»  Three pieces of 2 inch recently taken ID photos;

»  Employment registration forms of foreigners;

»  Company seals;

»  The original of no criminal record and its certified notarization;

»  The original of academic certificate and its certified notarization;

Company incorporation is only the definitely first step. If you intend to apply for work permit for yourself, you’d better to rent physical office, hire Chinese staff, conduct actual business activites, pay reasonable salary, file tax returns.
