The materials needed for applying Residence Permit:

»  A piece of recently taken two-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photo;

»  The original of Residence Registration Certificate for Shanghai (issued by hotel or the local police station of the place of lodging );

»  Handing over the originals of the valid passport and visa for examination;

»  The original of the health certificate issued by city the health and quarantine departments within 6 months shall be submitted;

»  The copies Business license; (the original certificates shall be provided to check, and all of the copies shall be stamped with company seal)

»  The original and copy of Employment Permit;

»  Residence Permit forms.
